The design of the resource planner is centered around the idea of a call center. Someone needs to book a personal trainer or a tennis coach and the call center finds a timeslot that fits both the customer and the trainer. The system has support for different constraints such as working hours, lunch or breaks, geographical limitations, etc. to make it easier for the call center to filter out and find the best fit for a specific booking.
On steroids.
At the core the resource planner is a calendar app on steroids with built in databases of resources or organizational branches and advanced filters. Finding a match is easy.
SMS communication.
The solution is built to support SMS notifications which means that the customer will receive an SMS message when a booking has been made. All communication to the customer can be customized to fit your needs.
Your data on premise.
The application is hosted on premise on top of 360, which means that you can integrate it with any other system inside your network. This also means that your data is your data; you are free to export anything you put in to the system at any time without any restrictions.
