Web based solution that supports the creation of quotes for customers as well as a back channel to suppliers for price updates. Integrates with Iptor Enterprise/DC1, a PIM system, and Adobe LiveCycle.

Alarm trigger

Using a set of rules and thresholds the system notifies administrators when no business documents were received in a specific period of time. Giving the IT team a heads-up of possible communication issues.

Internal expenses + invoicing

The solution enables the administrator to add expenses, and the system will then group all expenses using specific rules and create invoices transactions in Iptor Enterprise/DC1.

Technician planner

Helps keep track of support agreements for certain hardware and enables the administrator to schedule a service technician for a customer. The solution integrates with Microsoft Office 365 to manage calendar bookings for the technicians.

Item synchronization

The customer is part of an umbrella organization that keeps a massive database of all items currently sold by each supplier in the industry. And this data needs to be synced with the customer's items over the Internet.

Delivery note

Data from the WMS system is picked up and transformed into PDF files which are then printed. The document is dynamically routed to the printer using rules set setup by the administrator.

Searchable archive

The solution indexes all documents flowing in the integration platform, and makes them searchable using a web browser.

Web form solution

Send out emails to partners with a link to a web form, asking them to supply information regarding the items they are selling, or to sign a code of conduct.

The administrator can follow up on partners that have not yet been sent an email and those partners that have not yet answered.

Picking app

An Android app with a smart backend helps the warehouse staff to find and pick shipments in the most efficient way possible. The app gives the user a simplified view while the backend keeps track of multiple picking lists and automatically completes the correct lists inside of Iptor Enterprise/DC1.
